Are all Vert London Products 100% Natural And Organic?
Vert London's artisan collection is natural and where possible organic. It is made in small batches to preserve the potency of the natural ingredients.
What is the shelf life of Vert London products?
To ensure that your products are used during their time of peak freshness, we recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight and using them within 12 months of purchase and within 6 months of opening. Because all of our ingredients are natural, occasionally there can be a slight variation in colour from batch to batch.
What is the best way to store Vert London products?
We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
What packaging do you use?
All of our packaging is made from cardboard and glass so can be recycled or reused.
Is Vert London vegan friendly?
All Vert London products are vegan friendly apart from Comfort Balm which contains organic beeswax.
Are your products organic?
Many of our products are made with certified organic ingredients. Where organic ingredients are not available or are too expensive we have sourced high quality natural ingredients instead.
Are your products tested on animals and cruelty free?
Our products are not tested on animals and are 100% cruelty free.
Should I Patch Testing New Products?
While we formulate our products with gentle, natural ingredients we still recommend that customers patch test a product before regularly using it.
To patch test, apply a small amount to the inner arm and leave for 24 hours and observe for any reactions. If none occur, repeat this process on the neck, applying a small amount and leaving for 24 hours and check for a reaction. If the area of skin looks healthy and feels good then you're safe.
Can your products be used during pregnancy?
If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, we recommend not using the body oils or bath salts. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have any concerns seek advice from a doctor or midwife.

What are your shipping costs?

What happens if my order has not arrived?
If after the delivery date has passed, you have not received your order, please do email us, quoting your order number and we will follow up.
We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and that we will deliver to is incorrect.
What is your exchange and returns policy?
We offer refunds and exchanges on faulty products. Please see Delivery & Returns for further details.
